Dear Willi! I wanted to Thank you for all the wonderful and great service you have provided me over the years. Shortly after the purchase of an 1988 Audi 90, I began to expereance mechanical problems. I called German Master Works, i was very relieved to know you could handle the problem. You had a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle and were very fair with your price. I continued to bring my Audi in for maintenance and repairs because i felt i could trust you. Recently my wife and i looked at purchasing a 2001 BMW 325i Conv. I wanted some one to inspect the BMW. I wanted some one who would be honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I immediately thought of German Master Works. I called your businesss and even though you were busy you were more then gracious to look at it. After the purchase it too started to have issues. Bacause of the Warranty, we took it back to the Dealer. They were unable to do the repairs and brought it to German Master Works. I was very relieved to know you were handling the repairs. Since then you have done all the maintnance and repairs. German Master Works is highly trained and knowledgeable, not to mention fair.My wife and i highly recommend your service to all our friends and co - works. Their should be more businesses like yours. To Whom it may Concern:: Thise Letter is intended to confirm the craftsmanship of German Master Works and our satisfaction as a loyal Customer. Nancy and i own a 1995 Merceds-Benz Diesel. We purchased the Car from a Northern VA. Dealership. We took it back one Time for Service, and Service was not as complete as we had been told. For next several Years and multible visits, took our Car to a Dealership in Charlottesville VA., and again the Service was suspect. A foreign Car Shop in Waynesboro was the next business we used. Again, as all others , the Service was not satisfying and incomlete. While getting new Tires I was dicussing our Problem of not being able to find a good Mechanic to work on our Car. The Worker in the Tire shop said he had heard of a new German fellow in Staunton that worked on German made Cars.I then contacted Willi and began a good relationship. Willi immediately set an appointment, checked our Car, made some suggestions, made some adjustments, and we drove away that Day with a Car running better than it has since we have owned the Vehicle, with NO charge. But what was even more important to us is that we no longer had to look for someone competent to take care of our Car. We now call Willi if we have any Questions. I have taken the car to German Master Works because things just don't seem to be right, Willi will look at the Car, make some adjustments ( in one instance even exchange a part ) , and i drove away with a well running Car and was charged nothing but a hand shake from someone who cares for my Car. Nancy and i have recommended Willi to multible friends and acquaintances because we believe he will take care of their Car the way he taken care of ours. The only complaint we have with Willi is, he only likes to work on German made Vehicles and does not wand to work on our Ford or Honda.....LOL If someone has a problem with German Master Works, I am confident that Willi would do the right thing, whatever the right thing would require. To Whom it may Concern, I offer here a review of my experience with the Company:: German Master Works 1711 West Beverley St. Staunton,VA.24401 On Fer. 23, 2004, I purchased from Mr. Willi of German Master Works, a BMW 323i,a black 4-Door Sedan, used. This Transaction was performed in a friendly, business-like fashion that was completely to my approval. During the entire process, Mr. Willi was helpful and courteous and he was always attentive to ways ensure my satisfaction. At no Time was there any form of "Sales Pressure" - insteat he was constantly helpful and patient with my Questions. Obviously, he was concernd that I make a decision that would best serve my needs and obligation. Such a professional attitude naturally produced a suitable and appropriate contract: I am very happy with this Car and the Service and maintenance Mr. Willi has consistently provided. Over the subsequent years, Mr. Willi has maintained his attitude of friendly helpfulness. On many occasions he has cheerfully asisted and advised me - whether the matter be great or small. Once, he even came to the place where my car was stranded by a dead battery. out into the coldest most miserable day of the winter of 2006/2007, he came without delay to replace the battery and make sure that the car and i were safe. All this he did cheerfully and politely. So naturally I am very greatful to Mr. Willi for his competent and professional attention to my car. He is a person i have come to depend on to be available and reliable. And a business man of this caliber is especially appreciated in these times when so many are careless and slipshod. Mr. Willi is a man of integrity who stands squarely behind his Word and his Work. I am very happy to recommend his honesty and his dedication to the highest standard of EXCELLENCE. To German Master Works: Dec. 10-2007 Dear Willi, I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of my Car. Having the Oilight come on is a very frighening thing, and I just knew for sure I was in trouble on this repair. Yet you worked me into your schedule ( like always:- ), and as usual, you fixed my Problem quickly and easily, but more importently, the first Time around. You know, I get disgusted when I think of all the Time and money I wasted going to the Dealership for numerous Service visits to fix a single repair! I will never step foot into a Dealership again as long as you're around to fix my Car. Thank you again for being such a courteous and quality Service Professional! You always find a way to save me money, and keep my Car running as smoothly as the Day I purchased it....... Something about GMW, Staunton,VA. 24401 Willi :: "Over the past three years, Mr. Vogel had maintained my 2000 Porsche. Recently the Porsche developed problems. The cost and time to repair were more than I wanted to invest. Willi met with me and reviewed a detailed set of specifications for a new car, at Mr. Vogel's suggestion a Z4. Mr. Vogel attended the Manheim Auto Auction, examined six cars, selected a 2006 Z4 with 17,000 miles, drove it on the Manheim track, purchased the car, and drove it to Staunton to further test it. When he asked me to examine and drive the car I was astonished. The car was spotless and in superb condition. The combination of an excellent automobile, chosen with Willi's expertise, and the service that it will receive at German Master Works, will make this Z4 a delight to drive for a long period.
